Join us on May 7, May 21, June 4, and June 18 as we embark on a journey to support the integration of psychedelic experiences and unlock the path to expanded states of consciousness through movement practices. 🌈

During these immersive sessions, you will have the opportunity to experience the essence of AM firsthand. As a Mover, you’ll surrender to the flow of movement, guided by your unconscious and inner impulses, while a non-judgmental Witness holds space for your journey. 🌠🧘‍♀

Through the creation of a safe group container, we aim to nurture the development of your inner witness and cultivate the ability to embrace the unknown. This practice not only supports the integration of past experiences but also leads to a more developed ego structure, preparing you for future explorations and enabling you to access states of flow in your day to day life.

Ana Bernardes holds a degree in Psychology and is trained in Holistic Dance and Movement Pedagogy, Social Presencing Theater and Embodiment Coaching, which she combines with her experience in Business Consulting, Corporate Training, Event Management, Experience Design and Game Design, as well as 20 years of teaching social dances. Ana studied AM with Sabine Parzer and Martina Mückler (Vienna) and with Betina Waismann (Madrid) and Andrés Waksman (Barcelona).
