Microdosing 101
January 18, 2025 @ 18:00 - 21:00
Over the last few years, microdosing – the ingestion of tiny amounts of a psychoactive drug to get subtle effects while minimizing potential side effects – has turned from a niche phenomenon into a global trend that has made psychedelics more accessible to the general public. From startups in Silicon Valley wanting to optimize their productivity to people hoping to enhance their day-to-day spiritual connection, microdosing has penetrated many layers of society.
In this talk, we will explore the concept of microdosing, examining the potential benefits as well as the risks of psychedelics. We’ll review the current scientific understanding of the practice and provide practical guidelines on frequency, dosage, and substance selection for beneficial results. To conclude, Melanie will review her personal year-long microdosing journey, and we invite everyone to join the discussion, ask questions, and share experiences.
We encourage an open dialogue in a safe space, where people can learn about the safe use of psychedelic substances. Following the talk, feel free to stay, enjoy refreshments, and connect with like-minded individuals in a relaxed atmosphere.

She is fascinated by the interplay between science & spirituality and loves to explore different aspects of consciousness through psychedelics, meditation and different kinds of bodywork. Over the past year, she focused on microdosing as a practice for personal growth and self-exploration, which turned into a passion for the topic and the quest to understand its ins and outs.
