Mindful Trips: Contemplative Practices & Non-Ordinary States

May 16 @ 08:00 - 17:00

This workshop series offers a comprehensive introduction to various contemplative practices designed to help you prepare for, navigate, and integrate experiences in non-ordinary states of consciousness while simultaneously enhancing your overall well-being.

Drawing from contemporary training in mindfulness, self-compassion, positive psychology, and non-dual awareness, these practices will teach you how to: ✨ Open yourself to the full spectrum of your experiences with greater acceptance ✨ Treat yourself with kindness during inevitable moments of suffering ✨ Increasingly recognize and appreciate the good in life ✨ Shift your consciousness from a busy, chattering mind to an already awake awareness that is expansive and interconnected

The practices will be introduced experientially through guided exercises, participatory group inquiry processes, and brief theoretical inputs in a trauma-sensitive, nervous-system-informed manner within a secular setting, independent of worldviews or beliefs. While the workshop themes are interconnected, each session can be attended independently.

The workshops will be conducted in English unless all participants understand German.

Every workshop can be booked independently:
